These features require Client Sync Pro to be installed and your license key to be active. You can manage your license under Client Sync > License.

The [clisyc_form] shortcode allows you to display highly customized forms built with our visual editor. Unlike the standard booking fields, these forms can be used for lead capture, detailed intake questionnaires, or even standalone registration pages.

    • Visual Builder: Use the drag-and-drop editor under Client Sync > Forms to create your layout.
    • Multi-Column Layouts: Arrange fields in up to 3 columns for professional-looking forms.
    • Lead Capture: Automatically create new users with the “Lead” role upon submission.
    • Auto-Responders: Send custom confirmation emails to the person who filled out the form.
  • Attributes:
    • id: Required. The numeric ID of the form you created in the builder.

2. Membership Benefit Usage

The [[clisyc_membership_info]] shortcode is the best way to show your clients exactly what value they are getting from their subscription. It displays a real-time breakdown of their current membership plan.

  • What it displays:
    • Plan Details: The name of their active plan (e.g., “Gold Membership”).
    • Usage Tracking: A list of services and how many “uses” they have left for the current period (e.g., “3 of 5 Personal Training sessions remaining this month”).
    • Discount Awareness: Reminds the user if they receive percentage or fixed-amount discounts on specific services.
  • Requirements:
    • This shortcode only displays data for logged-in users who have a Membership Plan assigned to their profile.
    • If a user does not have an active plan, the shortcode will gracefully hide itself or show a “No active plan” message.

All Pro shortcodes are migration-proof. If you use the image_map field in your custom Pro form, the system stores the Image ID rather than a hardcoded link. This ensures your forms never break if you change your website’s domain or move from a staging site to a live site.

If you see the code appearing as plain text on your site instead of a form or a dashboard, ensure that the Client Sync Pro plugin is activated under Plugins > Installed Plugins.
